Hilti New Zealand Price Increase Update - Jan 2025

Dear Valued Customer,

Thank you for your continued trust and partnership with Hilti over the past year. We greatly appreciate your support as we navigate the challenges of the construction industry together.

Despite some easing of inflationary pressures in Q3, the overall economic environment remains challenging for the entire industry. As a result of that pressure compounded with the persistent fluctuations in raw material prices, uncertainty in global supply chains and unfavorable foreign exchange rates, our operating costs have further increased in the past year.

Your business is important to us, and we value our partnership over many years. While we have made every effort to absorb rising costs over the past months, but given the continued pressure, we are not able to maintain the current price structure. Therefore, effective January 1, 2025, we will implement a price adjustment. The increases will vary by product category, with an overall range of 5.4% to 9.2%, affecting various product groups including ON!Track services, Profis Engineering License fees, repair services, and spare parts. Fleet Management monthly fees will remain the same as contracted.

The specific increases by product category are as follows:

Diamond	7.7%
Power Tools & Accessories	6.6%
Measuring Systems	5.9%
Anchors	9.2%
Fire Protection	5.4%
Installation Systems	8.2%
Screw Fastening	7.2%
Direct Fastening	8.3%
Spare parts	8%
Profis Engineering License Fee	8%
Tool repair services labour	8%
